If you're using eApps default setup for mail you may want to set your IMAP Path Prefix to "mail" (without quotes) When using Apple's Mail program all hidden folders in my eApps home directory were showing up as IMAP folders. Changing the prefix will no longer show the hidden folders and the folder space will then be shared between Mail and Horde. Comments to this page seem to be moderated so this solution hasn't yet been posted there.
