Apple's iCal is a great applicaiton for view to-dos and appointments and using its subscription features, the iCal Patch for SugarCRM allows you to view all of your SugarCRM Tasks, ProjectTasks, Calls, and Meetings through iCal.
Just install the patch through SugarCRM's Upgrade Wizard and add your URL to iCal.
